Job summary

Regal Rexnord in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Internal Audit professional to lead and participate in IT audits across global operations. The role sits within the Corporate Internal Audit team and supports development of standard frameworks and practices for timely audits.

You will work in a hybrid model with collaboration across a global network, maintaining professionalism and integrity while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in external or internal audit.
• Experience auditing IT systems including operating systems, databases and applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and self-direct in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or assist IT audits across U.S. and foreign operations.
• Participate in all phases of the audit process including risk assessment, planning, and reporting.
• Evaluate business processes to identify risks and ineffective controls.
• Assess risks and controls over operating systems, databases, infrastructure, and applications.
• Communicate audit findings to management and assist in presenting reports.
• Perform testing of internal controls over financial reporting (SOX 404).
• Conduct data analytics using extraction/analysis tools.
• Collaborate with external auditors on various projects.
