Dermorepubliq Corporation seeks a Lead Auditor to drive risk-based internal audits across manufacturing and support functions, ensuring process efficiency, cost control, and accurate financial reporting. You will define audit scope, coordinate with BUs, prepare programs, and deliver comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations, while strengthening governance and risk management.

This role requires 3–5 years of internal audit experience, familiarity with FMCG or manufacturing

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in internal audit.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Participate in development of risk-based annual audit plan.
• Perform pre-audit risk assessments and process understanding of assigned Business Units (BUs).
• Define audit scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Prepare audit programs and work plans aligned with audit objectives and risks identified.
• Assess Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Key Processes Across Production / Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain and Logistics, Purchasing and Procurement, Quality Service.
• Identify process inefficiencies and cost leakage; Benchmark practices against internal standards and leading practices.
• Review the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records and reports; Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Validate compliance with company policies and accounting standards; Perform data analysis and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
• Planning – risk assessment and audit program development; Fieldwork – interviews, walkthroughs, testing, and data analysis; Reporting – documentation of findings and recommendations; Monitoring – follow-up on action plans and remediation status.
• Collaborate with Business Unit process owners and management; Conduct interviews and validation sessions; Provide advisory support on process improvements and control enhancements.
• Prepare Comprehensive And High-quality Audit Reports, Including Audit Issue Forms and Full Audit Reports with executive summaries and risk ratings.
• Develop And Deliver Audit Kick-off presentations and Closing presentations; Ensure recommendations are actionable and aligned with business priorities.
• Reports directly to the Internal Audit (IA) Manager; Execute responsibilities in line with approved audit plan; Provide progress updates and escalate high-risk issues.
