Job summary

SURECYCLE FINANCE INCORPORATED is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Head to lead internal and external audit activities, strengthen financial controls, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role requires a BS Accountancy-related degree, CPA or CIA preferred, several years in auditing with supervisory experience, and knowledge of BSP regulations and AMLA. Location: Davao City, HO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Managerial Accounting, Internal Auditing, or a related course.
• CPA or CIA preferred.
• Several years of experience in internal or external auditing, accounting, or compliance.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of BSP regulations, AMLA, and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee internal and external audit activities.
• Evaluate internal controls, risks, and compliance processes.
• Review financial and operational activities for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend appropriate improvements.
• Supervise the internal audit team and coordinate with relevant departments.
