You will lead reviews of financial and operational controls, develop audit strategies based on risks, identify gaps, and drive compliance with accounting standards and regulations, coordinating with external auditors and guiding business units on improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA certification required.
• 7+ years in internal audit, risk management, or compliance.
• Manufacturing or FMCG exposure preferred.
• Audit firm background acceptable with relevant manufacturing/FMCG clients.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of financial and operational controls.
• Develop audit strategies based on organizational risks.
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage audit engagements from planning through reporting.
• Provide guidance to business units on control improvements.
