Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of corporate/workplace interior design experience.
Strong communication and client liaison skills.
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed design plans including floor plans, elevations, interior details, and 3D renderings.
Specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
Develop sample boards and present design concepts to clients.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and MEP to ensure feasibility.
Oversee construction and ensure design implementation.
Conduct site visits and document spaces with measurements and sketches.
