Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an analyst.
• Experience in Insurance domain.
• Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions.
• Usage of UML, BPMN.
• Understanding UX competencies.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
