Job summary

The role requires 2–4 years in insolvency, strong knowledge of procedures, and excellent communication and analytical skills. CPA or ARITA program desirable, on-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Business or Commerce degree majoring in Accounting, or relevant Law degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant insolvency experience.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures, financial reporting, and ASIC requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• CPA qualification or equivalent is an advantage.
• ARITA Insolvency Education Program commencement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into company and individual financial affairs.
• Prepare ASIC reports, statutory forms, and letters of demand.
• Review financial documentation and support director and bankrupt interviews.
• Prepare creditor reports, financial analyses, budgets, and forecasts.
• Liaise with lawyers, agents, auctioneers, and other stakeholders.
• Review graduates' work and help resolve complex insolvency matters.
• Manage engagement correspondence and support business trade-on activities.
