This hybrid role requires strong skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization. Qualifications

• Manage a team of data/reporting resources working with SQL, Python, SSIS, Excel, and Power-BI.
• Experience in defining and implementing performance metrics.
• Good communication skills to translate business needs to data solutions.
• Capabilities in operations forecasting and capacity modeling.
• Understanding ETL processes and T-SQL programming.
• Strong skills in data analytics and visualization.
• Familiar with application QA and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new function for Health and Benefits Planning, Reporting, and Insights.
• Support managers in planning and reporting within their teams.
• Maintain performance reporting and dashboards ensuring accuracy.
