Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IE or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong IE fundamentals: capacity planning, line balancing, optimization.
• Hands-on standard time development, cycle time analysis, work measurement.
• Experience in facility layout planning and space optimization.
• Analytical with ability to transform data into improvements.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning and resource analysis for mass production and NPI.
• Develop and maintain standard times for accurate capacity assessments.
• Conduct line balancing, cycle time analysis, and work measurement studies.
• Oversee space planning, layout optimization, and production line setup.
• Support product transfers and manufacturing expansion projects.
• Analyze workflows and material movement to identify improvements.
• Perform Value Stream Mapping to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Use manufacturing data and KPIs to support operations decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and safety.
