As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a People Associate to strengthen our HR capabilities. This role will focus on delivering a high-quality employee experience and contribute directly to a culture where people can do their best work through effective hiring, operational support, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior-level roles
  • Provide day-to-day operational support across key employee lifecycle processes (e.g. onboarding, regularization, performance reviews)
  • Lead the conceptualization and implementation of process improvements to enhance the employee experience, as well as People Team operational efficiency and productivity
  • Contribute to policy development, updates, and internal documentation
  • Contribute to maintaining a team-oriented and high-energy office atmosphere
  • Assist the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications
  • At least 2-4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent task and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all output
  • Execution-focused with a bias toward action and minimal need for supervision
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
