Job summary

Monark Equipment Corporation is seeking a skilled technician with a 2-year technical or vocational background and 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate holds an NCII in Heavy Equipment Servicing and a valid Professional Driver's license with Restriction code 2.

The role involves servicing, disassembly and reconditioning of machine and genset electrical components, preparing reports, and performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and post-repair communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2 year technical/ vocational course.
• With 3 -5 years relative work experience.
• With NCII Certification in the Heavy Equipment Servicing.
• With Professional Driver's license( Restriction code 2).

Responsibilities

• Performs service repair, reconditioning and disassembly/ assembly of machine/ genset electrical components, prepares service report and survey.
• Performs preventive maintenance, technical analysis 1&2, pre- delivery inspection, systems testing & adjusting , systems diagnostic & troubleshooting , and performs Applied Failure Analysis (AFA) on the unit.
• Responds to customer's needs and communicates with them for the before and after repair
• Performs other functions as deemed necessary
