Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer Lead to oversee a team of designers, manage tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality graphics for both print and digital assets.

The role requires more than 10 years in graphics/multimedia, strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, and experience in video editing. You will lead with creativity, ensure timelines, and align work with business priorities across Global and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in graphics/multimedia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in video creation/editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with print and digital assets; strong portfolio.
• UI/UX knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of performance metrics and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Lead in day-to-day operations and task management.
• Provide team leadership, direction, and development opportunities.
• Guide Graphics Team resources and ensure efficient work planning.
• Collaborate with in-country teams and Growth groups to align priorities.
• Delegate tasks based on skills and priorities; ensure timely delivery.
• Support process improvements and tool adoption across teams.
