Collaborate with teams in the UAE, UK and Philippines to launch and optimize market-ready visuals, ensuring consistency and high engagement. Bring 5+ years of graphic design experience, a robust portfolio, and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a focus on eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing ecommerce and campaign design work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Creative Graphic Designer with a strong eCommerce background to bring our brands to life. You'll be part of the whole journey, from designing the products to launching them in the market and keeping the momentum going with post-launch marketing. You'll work side by side with our teams in the UAE, the UK and the Philippines, creating work that looks great and connects with our customers. This is a fully work-from-home role.

Responsibilities

Branding

• Design logos and brand identities that stand out, with a strong grasp of typography, the role it plays in a brand, and colour theory.
• Design clean, on-brand UI for our websites and online stores.
• Design packaging people want to pick up.
• Bring our brands to life in the real world with shop displays and expo stands.
• Keep every brand looking sharp and consistent across all channels, using and building on our brand guidelines.

Marketing

• Design scroll-stopping emails, blog graphics and social media content.
• Create promo and campaign designs that get people clicking and buying.
• Create eye-catching visuals for websites, product pages, landing pages and banners.
• Bring a strong UX mindset to product pages, landing pages and emails, so every customer journey feels smooth and easy.
• Try out different design ideas with A/B tests and use the results to make them even better.
• Team up with developers to make sure your designs come to life exactly as planned.

AI

• Use sound judgement to bring the latest AI agents into your work, streamlining your workflow and levelling up your design output.

Qualifications

5+ years of graphic design experience, with a focus on eCommerce or digital marketing.

Required Skills

• A portfolio you're proud of, showing eCommerce and campaign design work.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A great eye for branding, typography and layout.
• Good familiarity with the latest AI agents, and hands-on experience using them.
• A tidy approach to organising and documenting design assets.
• A data-driven mindset and a real drive to improve customer experience and business results.
• Clear communication, a team-player attitude.

Nice To Have Skills

• Video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
