Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, with Geodetic preference.
• 10+ years professional engineering experience in surveying/geospatial fields.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and drone/UAS projects.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer or Civil Engineer with surveying credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, roadmap, and operating plan for global delivery.
• Lead engineers and team leads; manage performance and mentorship.
• Oversee project portfolios; ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety programs.
• Represent division in executive and client forums.
