Responsibilities

• Check and review all incoming daily transactions with attachments.
• Prepare check vouchers and issue checks.
• Supervise, monitor, and encode day-to-day entries recorded in Excel Database.
• Prepare and check monthly bank reconciliation and month-end journal vouchers.
• Responsible for the monthly schedule of SL on Excel Database.
• Prepare payroll computation every cut-off and monthly payroll journal vouchers.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the examination of internal and external auditors.
