Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) in Makati seeks a Senior Audit professional to lead end-to-end audits for investment funds and asset managers, ensuring IFRS/US GAAP alignment and firm methodology.

You will review fund valuations, NAV calculations, financial statements, and regulatory reporting, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with onshore teams to deliver timely, high-quality results while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years external audit experience, with asset management funds exposure.
• Strong understanding of fund structures and NAV processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience coordinating with onshore teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end audits for investment funds and asset managers.
• Review fund valuations, NAVs, P&L, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and review audit documentation and working papers.
• Coordinate with onshore engagement teams and client contacts.
• Coach junior staff and identify control weaknesses.
• Ensure timelines and quality per firm standards.
• Support offshore team process improvements.
