Job summary

Citco is a global leader in fund services seeking a Fund Accountant to join its Private Equity team in the Philippines. You will maintain books, compute NAVs, prepare financial statements and reports, and handle investor allocations and responses to queries.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, a CA/CPA/ACCA or similar, 2–4 years in financial services accounting, and proficiency with Investran. Strong English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Professional accounting qualification - CA/CPA/ACCA or similar favored.
• 2–4 years accounting experience in financial services, esp. Private Equity/Fund Administration.
• Experience with Investran or similar PE system is highly desirable.
• Experience in Limited Partnership accounting and fund administration preferred.
• Strong network/handling of general ledger and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records and calculate fund NAVs.
• Prepare/ review financial statements and related reports.
• Calculate carried interest, performance and incentive fees.
• Prepare allocations for capital calls, distributions and equalizations.
• Coordinate payments and other fund transactions.
• Serve as day-to-day contact with clients and fund participants.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations on investor queries and notices.
• Participate in projects to evolve the business.
