Job summary

Direct Sourcing Solutions is seeking a mid to senior Full-Stack Developer to join a small, high-output engineering team in the Philippines. You will work across web, mobile, backend, databases, and cloud infra, taking ownership of features from development through deployment.

The role requires hands-on experience with React, .NET MAUI, C#, XAML, MS SQL Server, and AWS services, plus strong collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development across web, mobile, backend and cloud.
• Strong hands-on React with REST API integration and responsive design.
• Proficient in .NET MAUI, C#, XAML, MVVM, and cross‑platform development.
• Proven RESTful API development with .NET/ASP.NET Core; JWT/OIDC a plus.
• Extensive AWS experience (Elastic Beanstalk, S3, Amplify) and cloud troubleshooting.
• MSSQL experience: queries, stored procedures, views, integration.
• Git workflows, PR reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals; SOLID, design patterns, testing.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration in small teams.
• Experience with remote US-based clients or stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and modern frontend practices.
• Design and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps with .NET MAUI, C#, XAML.
• Build and integrate backend services and REST APIs using .NET/C#.
• Work with AWS services for deployment, hosting, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate on architecture, code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Follow Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Deliver features from development through testing and deployment.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly.
