Job summary

DaCodes is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the nearshore development team. The role emphasizes PHP and Laravel with a focus on scalable web applications and cross‑regional collaboration across LATAM.

You will design, develop, and optimize both backend and frontend, participate in Agile sprints, and work with a distributed team. This remote opportunity targets LATAM professionals and supports 4–6 month contracts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack software development.
• Strong object-oriented programming and design skills.
• Experience building modern web applications.
• Advanced English communication for client-facing work.
• Availability to work during Central or Pacific Time business hours.
• Contract duration 4-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build clean, reusable code following OOP principles.
• Collaborate with a distributed engineering team in Agile.
• Contribute to backend and frontend development across the stack.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Learn and work with PHP/Laravel as part of the stack.
