BaryTech Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Delhi NCR with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud platforms to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale applications. You will work across cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and high performance.

The role focuses on microservices, event-driven architectures using Kafka on GCP, REST APIs, and CI/CD with modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Cloud platforms experience – GCP preferred (AWS/Azure acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Build, integrate, and optimize event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka on GCP.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Leverage GCP services such as Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD.
• Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability and observability.
• Work with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with observability stacks: Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
• Understanding of SRE concepts (SLI/SLO/SLA, error budgets)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
