Job summary

ConnectOS in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a skilled .Net Full Stack Developer to join our ERP-focused team. You will develop front-end, back-end, and integration components across current platforms, using agile methodologies, and collaborate with internal teams on technical designs.

The role also involves mentoring peers, producing design documents, and supporting in-house and third-party applications to strengthen our technology stack ahead of the ERP project.

• Provide timely, expert advice on progress and meeting service deliverables.
• Lead solution planning, liaise with application experts, and design solutions.
• Develop front-end, back-end, and integration components; follow agile methods.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design architectures aligned with business needs.
• Mentor developers to uplift skills in new technologies and best practices.
• Produce solution design documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Support business activities using in-house and third-party apps with expert tech support.
• Lead upgrades of in-house apps to stabilize the JBS tech stack for ERP prep.
• Play a key role in ERP transformation, focusing on backend and integration.

• Produce solution design documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
• Support business activities using in-house developed and third-party applications, providing expert technical support.
• Lead and assist in the upgrades of many in-house developed applications to stabilize the JBS technology stack in preparation for the ERP project.
• Play a significant role in the upcoming ERP transformation project, particularly in backend and integration development on the new platform.
