Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to contribute to a modern digital ecosystem that integrates eCommerce, product information, and digital services into a seamless self-service experience.

You will work across backend, frontend, and cloud environments within the Azure ecosystem, delivering scalable, distributed applications. You will take ownership of high-quality software solutions that enhance the customer journey from product discovery to ongoing

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Git-based development workflows.
Solid understanding of automated testing across backend and frontend applications.
Experience working with REST APIs, messaging technologies, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
Ability to work independently, take technical ownership, and deliver solutions in complex cloud-native environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work on a hybrid setup and mid-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance backend and frontend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
Build clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code, ensuring software quality through automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, and Playwright.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations using Kafka, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Service Bus.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-based applications within Microsoft Azure, including containerized workloads using AKS and Docker Swarm.
Integrate applications with messaging platforms, APIs, relational databases, and NoSQL solutions, including MS SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, QA engineers, and cross-functional development teams to define technical solutions and drive architectural decisions.
Participate in Agile Scrum activities, including sprint planning, estimations, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Take technical ownership of assigned features and contribute to the performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud-native applications.
