Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A and Reporting Accountant to lead financial planning, management reporting, and model building. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands‑on modelling, rolling forecasting, and improving reporting processes within a lean finance team in a fast‑growing business.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years FP&A, financial analysis, or reporting‑focused experience.
• Professional qualification such as CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills for integrated models.
• Experience with large datasets and Excel lookups, pivots and dynamic formulas.
• Proven Power BI experience with dashboards and data modelling.
• Xero experience or similar cloud accounting platform; consolidation tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and KPI reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support month‑end close: accruals, journals, reconciliations with controllership.
• Produce variance analysis across actual, budget, forecast and prior year.
• Own Excel budgeting/forecasting models and annual budgeting process.
• Maintain integrated three‑way P&L, balance sheet, cash flow model.
• Build forecasting/sensitivity models; document and roll forward easily.
• Manage group consolidation and reporting using Syft Analytics and Xero data.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis including pricing and ROI insights.
