Job summary

bolttech in Manila is seeking a Lead to build and manage the Financial Planning and Analysis function. You will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders and drive continuous process improvements. You will also back the Reporting Manager on ad-hoc assignments.

You will lead the RTR team’s FP&A activities, coordinate with higher offices, and support external auditors for year-end Financial Statements submissions. Experience in CPA, auditing, and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with external auditing background.
• At least 4 years of experience in external auditing and private company environments.
• At least 2 years of external audit experience.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience or equivalent people-management exposure.
• Experience with at least two accounting ERP systems; Oracle ERP preferred.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Report monthly key results, highlights and insights to Finance Lead and higher offices for external and management reporting.
• Support the Reporting Manager to ensure smooth execution of group tasks and objectives.
• Oversee daily RTR activities related to FP&A to ensure complete, accurate and reliable financial reports.
• Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies and principles in line with local and international standards.
• Maintain efficient accounting systems and processes to enable quick, reliable reporting.
• Assist in special projects, workflow improvements and strategic planning for timely resolution of finance matters.
• Collaborate with higher offices on accounting queries to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors on forecasts and budget reporting related to year-end FS submission.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to communicate financial matters and impacts.
• Provide support to other countries and higher offices for group objectives as needed.
