Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or Risk Management.
• 10-15 years of actuarial or risk management experience; valuation, capital, ALM exposure is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Financial and Insurance Risk Oversight: monitor and manage strategic, insurance, investment, market, credit, ALM, and solvency risks.
• Business Partnering: provide risk guidance on new products, initiatives, models and business plans.
• ORSA, Capital and Regulatory Risk Assessments: lead ORSA and coordinate solvency analyses with actuarial and finance teams.
• Risk Framework, Governance and Risk Appetite: implement and enhance ERM framework and risk monitoring processes.
• Risk Reporting and Strategic Advisory: present insights and recommendations to CRO and senior leadership.
• Risk Culture Building: promote risk awareness across the organization.
