Qualifications

• Minimum five years of auditing, accounting, or similar experience.
• Big-4 experience or multinational US company with SOX familiarity preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting, finance and internal control areas required.
• Familiarity with US GAAP, SOX, COSO and risk assessment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in process reviews and may work independently.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and compliance.
• Lead process improvement projects for management.
• Assess Company processes to identify and manage various risk areas.
• Lead IT risk management related to Financial Reporting systems.
• Lead discussions with IT and Internal Audit on IT risk matters.
• Perform tests, evaluate results, and document conclusions.
