Job summary

A leading global communications group is seeking a Financial Controller / Associate Finance Director in Metro Manila, Philippines. This role involves supervising a finance team, ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition, and overseeing month-end closing processes. Candidates should have 8–12 years of relevant experience, ideally in the media or advertising industry, and possess strong analytical and leadership skills. A degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Prior experience in the media, advertising or agency industry is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and review the work of a Finance team across all media finance operations.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing, revenue recognition, and WIP management.
• Oversee the month-end closing process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
