Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our shared services team in Manila. You will lead the offshore bookkeeping and payroll function, own the month-end close across a multi-entity structure, and assure BAS, IAS, and payroll tax compliance for Australian operations.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will deliver executive-ready reports, interact with auditors, and drive process improvements while working a 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM shift at our Manila facility.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of solid, progressive accounting experience
• Active CPA or CA qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Proficiency with Xero and advanced Excel, including modelling and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and technical oversight to offshore bookkeeping and payroll team.
• Manage end-to-end month-end close across multiple client entities with accuracy.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial commentary for leadership.
• Drive BAS, IAS, and other statutory obligations to ensure compliance with Australian standards.
• Liaise with auditors and streamline documentation for audits.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data integrity across time zones.
