About the role

The Senior Finance Manager serves as the Head of Finance and is responsible for the overall financial leadership of the organization. This includes oversight of Accounting, Treasury, Internal Controls, Credit & Collection, and Business Development Financials. The role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting, and drives operational efficiency across all finance‑related systems and processes.

The position is accountable for ensuring compliance with internal policies, government regulations, tax laws, and principles of good governance. As a strategic partner to the General Managers of Consumer and Healthcare, the Senior Finance Manager contributes to the formulation and execution of business strategies, long‑term capital investments, and financial planning to support sustainable growth.

A balance between maintaining a proper control and process orientation while relentlessly pursuing the business objectives is required. The person is responsible for the succession planning process including training and development of Finance associates. The Senior Finance Manager also leads the budgeting process, Quarterly Business Reviews, and rolling estimates, ensuring financial plans are aligned with strategic goals and reflect current business realities. These processes are critical in driving agility, accountability, and informed decision‑making across the organization.

2. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Operation & Strategic Support Leader

Provide financial leadership and business performance analysis tools to identify key financial trends, highlight risk and opportunities, recommend solutions & support initiatives including revenue management capabilities to Business Unit Management. Includes leadership in budget planning, rolling forecasts, and QBR preparation, ensuring financial strategies are responsive to market and operational changes.

2. Financial Information Owner

Accountable for and with full ownership of the accuracy & integrity of the financial information submitted by both Consumer and Health Care (P&L, B/S, etc).

Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of the required financial reports to Region, local authorities, Corporate Auditors, external auditors and other requirements.

Ensure a Business Unit review process is in place for Actual and Budgeted/QBR Results prior to submission and to provide guidance where appropriate.

Ensures that budgeting and forecasting cycles are completed accurately and on time, with clear variance analysis and actionable insights.

3. Internal Controls, Financial Policies and Procedures Custodian

Lead the development, implementation and measurement of strategic plans and participate in the successful execution.

Responsible for maintaining the internal control environment in accordance with the Region’s standards while striving continuously to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness in processes and systems.

Help to implement standardized accounting practices and policies.

4. Decision Making

Provides decision support based on interpretations of margin proposals to prospective principals, financial results, understanding Key Business Indicators like time value of money including Marketing Support.

Approves Pricing, Trade Discounts, Promotional Activities through Promo Authorization Form, Contracts, Purchase Orders, Request for Payment, Credit Application Forms, Vendor Application Forms, Journal Vouchers, Hold Sales Orders, Bank Transactions, Check Disbursements and Asset Write‑Off.

Reviews, evaluates, and approves CAPEX proposals within the allowable limit of the Business Unit.

Reviews, evaluates, and approves the Audited Financial Statements.

5. Optimization of Company Assets

Collaborates with other functional managers on the optimum use of fixed assets, inventories, and trade receivables. Formulates action plans to control risks and losses.

Ensures cash is optimized through forecasting and timing of disbursements.

6. People Resources and Organizational capabilities

Responsible for succession planning process, including training and development of finance associates within the Region.

Responsible for continuously optimizing the structure and organization of finance.

7. Other tasks that may be assigned by the GM Finance or the CFO. the company's financial strategy
What we're looking for

  2. Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  3. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  5. Proficient in the use of financial software and reporting tools
  6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  7. CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable
