Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow across a Philippine-based renewable energy business. You will oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, and compliance while strengthening controls and governance.

You will provide financial leadership for project development, investment evaluations, and stakeholder management, guiding a team with strong IFRS knowledge and tax proficiency.

Qualifications

• CPA required and valid in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership or management role.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS or equivalent standards and internal controls.
• Understanding of Philippine tax regulations and statutory compliance.
