Philippine Business for Social Progress seeks a Finance Officer to oversee financial reporting, funds management and compliance. You will ensure accurate monthly closes, coordinate with program units, and provide analysis to support decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related program.
• 5+ years in general accounting or 3+ years in accounting of similar organization.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Management Financial Reporting and Analysis: provide timely reports to management.
• Funds Management: ensure fund releases per PBSP policies and PPOA.
• Monitors fund and budget balances to ensure expenditures stay within approved budget.
• Coordinate with program staff on financial systems, reports, and allocations.
• Prepare and review monthly Budget Performance Reports (BPRs) and related schedules.
