First Oceanic Property Management, Inc is seeking an experienced Finance Audit Manager to join our growing finance team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This role leads external audit engagements, oversees financial controls, and drives continuous improvement in financial governance.

You will manage audit processes, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. CPA/CMA or equivalent credentials and 5–7 years in audit are expected.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CMA.
• 5-7 years experience in external audit or audit-related roles.
• Experience managing audit engagements and leading audit teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and audit tools, incl. Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute external audit engagements with audit firms.
• Review financial statements and supporting docs for accuracy.
• Manage audit queries and provide documentation to operations.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Develop audit programmes and testing methodologies.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend remedial actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve audit issues.
• Prepare audit reports and management letters.
• Maintain audit documentation in line with standards.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory changes.
