Job summary

Telford Svc Phils., Inc. in Cavite is seeking an Accountant who will oversee daily financial activities, including disbursements, billing, invoicing, and monthly summaries to ensure accuracy.

You will monitor weekly and monthly customer billing, supervise fixed assets movements, and perform bank reconciliations, aging analyses of accounts receivable and payable, and timekeeping for all staff. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least three years of experience are required; the role demands

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree holder in Accounting or related field.
• Preferably with 3 or more years of experience.
• Can work with less supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitors overall financial activities, including disbursements, billing, and invoices with monthly summaries and reports.
• Monitors weekly/monthly customer billing to date.
• Monitors fixed assets movements, purchases, and disposals.
• Supervises monthly ageing analysis of accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepares bank reconciliations.
• Handles timekeeping of all employees.
• Promotes and adheres to CSR commitments.
