About the role

Join the talented team at ABS FACADE INT. OPC' as our Senior Facade Designer. In this full‑time position based in Pasig City Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative and functional façade designs that drive the company's success in the Design & Architecture industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and design high‑quality façade solutions for commercial and residential projects
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate client requirements into comprehensive façade designs
• Ensure all design specifications comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and detailed design documentation using industry‑leading software, including:
  • Shop drawings, system designs, and other documentation related to façade detailing
  • Fabrication drawings for specified parts of unitized panels
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and emerging technologies
• Mentor and guide junior designers to support their professional development

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in façade design
• Strong, advanced technical skills in CAD, 3D modeling, and visualization tools (experience in at least one):
  • Inventor
  • Tekla
  • Rhino/Grasshopper
  • Revit
  • Advance Steel
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, façade systems, and materials
• Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into effective, innovative design solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with an Australian company is a plus
• Amenable to work in Pasig City Office
