You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve ESD issues, support awareness training, and uphold cleanroom safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• BS Engineering or tech certification in electronics/metrology preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in calibration and ESD control in a semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20, SEMI standards, and cleanroom practices.
• Experience using calibration software and managing calibration documentation in a regulated environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision; good communication and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Perform calibration and functional testing of ESD control equipment (wrist straps, mats, ionizers, ESD monitors, etc.).
• Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments with traceability to standards (NIST or equivalent).
• Conduct routine EPA inspections/audits to ensure semiconductor requirements.
• Document calibration data and update calibration database.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality, and production to troubleshoot ESD issues.
• Support ESD awareness training programs for best practices.
• Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols and safety regulations during calibration tasks.
