Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise architecture or large-scale transformation experience.
• Experience across BDAT domains (Business, Data, Application, Technology).
• Hands-on experience in technology and cloud architecture.
• Experience working in hybrid, consulting, or staff augmentation environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape enterprise architecture across Business, Data, Application, and Technology domains.
• Develop target architectures and pragmatic, business-aligned roadmaps.
• Establish or strengthen architecture discipline within the organization.
• Lead Enterprise Data Architecture, including data governance, standards, and quality frameworks.
• Shape technology platform and cloud strategies with focus on scalability, resilience, and security.
• Provide structured architectural reasoning, balancing cost, risk, value, and future readiness.
