Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture or equivalent technical leadership for enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record in taking technical solutions from discovery to production.
• Strong skills in system design across APIs, event-driven systems, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Validate technical fit, integration complexity, and implementation risks before SOWs.
• Design reference architectures for multi-channel AI agent systems.
• Guide engineers through architecture decisions and deployment readiness.
