You will translate briefs and copy into on-brand designs for promotional campaigns and automated flows, collaborating with managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders. The role requires strong layout, typography, and visual design sense, with the ability to work independently from briefs, manage fast-paced feedback, and adapt to multiple

Qualifications

• 4+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong experience designing email marketing creative.
• Advanced Figma skills.
• Experience designing for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• A portfolio of email marketing design work (promotional emails, flows, and work across multiple brands or styles).
• Able to work independently from a brief.
• Comfortable working fast and taking feedback.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Thorough, trustworthy, and able to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Create email campaigns and automated flows, including promotional, welcome, abandoned cart, browse, and post-purchase emails.
• Transform creative briefs and copy into clear, on-brand email designs.
• Design for desktop and mobile alike.
• Shift your style to fit different brands and visual identities.
• Produce clean, well-structured design files in Figma.
• Build reusable email sections and templates.
• Turn around revisions quickly and accurately based on team and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to get designs ready for production.
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
