Job summary

The role requires a graduate of Electronics Technology or related vocational course, 3–5 years in electronics/semiconductor, and hands-on experience with MT99/MT93/MT9510, Rasco 1000/200/2800, Delta EDGE, Matrix, Hontech, Seiko Epson, Ismeca and SRM systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics Technology or related vocational course.
• 3–5 years in electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Experience operating listed test handlers and associated maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, conversion, calibration and repair of automated test handlers.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for Final Test, Wafer Sort and TNR processes.
• Troubleshoot communication, software configuration and interface issues.
