Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform setup, calibration, repair and preventive maintenance of automated test handlers used in Final Test, Wafer Sort and TNR manufacturing.

Candidates should have a vocational Electronics/Mechanical background and 3–5 years in electronics or semiconductor industries, with hands-on experience on MT99/MT93/MT9510, Rasco 1000/200/2800, Delta EDGE and others.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or any related vocational course.
• With at least 3–5 years of work experience in electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Experience in operating and maintaining the following test handlers: Multitest MT99, MT93, MT9510; Rasco 1000, 200, and 2800; Delta EDGE, Matrix, Hontech, and Seiko Epson; Ismeca and SRM.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive and predictive maintenance of automated test handler used for Final Test, Wafer Sort and TNR manufacturing processes.
• Explain major subsystems and operate equipment; identify and troubleshoot communication, software configuration, and interface issues.
• Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 parts replacement activities as needed.
