Qualifications

• Accredited two-year degree or global equivalent in technical field, or equivalent with 10 years related experience.
• Strong communication with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors and visitors.
• Knowledge of codes, standards and ability to apply them to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D CAD drawings of moderate to advanced complexity.
• Check work produced by other Designers.
• Review drawings and vendor equipment docs for compliance with project requirements and coordinate discrepancies.
• Adhere to industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
