Job summary

Aeven is seeking an AX Senior Developer in the Philippines to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics AX, .NET, and Azure services. You will lead design, coding, testing, and documentation within a hybrid work setup, delivering high-quality ERP enhancements and supporting pre-sales activities.

You will collaborate with offshore teams and stakeholders across technical and business domains, driving continuous improvement and architectural alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ERP software development using Microsoft technologies.
• 5+ years in design, development, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics AX with X++, MorphX, Azure DevOps, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and C# development.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services for system integrations in the Azure ecosystem.
• BizTalk Server integration experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database and MS SQL Server.
• Proven debugging, troubleshooting, and ERP issue resolution skills.
• Agile methodologies and software delivery practices knowledge.
• Experience in offshore/multicultural environments and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Innovative, proactive, and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into high-quality technical designs and solutions.
• Define development timelines, effort estimates, and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain medium to complex ERP solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Write, review, and maintain code, technical documentation, and deliverables.
• Develop software following clean code principles and industry best practices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP defects and production issues.
• Create proof-of-concept solutions for emerging technologies.
• Ensure alignment of development with the overall technical vision and architecture.
• Adapt technical direction to evolving business needs.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and proposal development.
• Establish and maintain development standards, policies, QA processes.
• Conduct project audits to ensure compliance with development standards.
• Support integration initiatives leveraging Azure Integration Services and Microsoft technologies.
