Job summary

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure and scale Kubernetes clusters in a security-conscious environment.

You will develop IaC with Terraform, automate with Ansible and Python, and drive CI/CD pipelines while mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical decisions. Working hours align with UTC+10/UTC+11 for this project.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and running scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on Kubernetes administration and cluster scaling.
• Proficient in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Scripting in Ansible, Bash, and Python to automate ops.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, CloudWatch).
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Experience with relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters for dynamic workloads.
• Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform.
• Create automation scripts using Ansible, Bash, and Python.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system health with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and CloudWatch.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers; guide technical decisions.
• Facilitate incident response and root cause analysis.
• Work with relational databases.
