• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicle interiors and exteriors, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and applying protective treatments.
• Inspect vehicles for imperfections, damages, or areas requiring special attention and ensure all detailing work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor junior detailers by providing guidance, training, and feedback to improve their skills and efficiency.
• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of services to customers.
• Utilize advanced techniques and equipment for specialized detailing, such as paint correction, ceramic coating application, and upholstery restoration.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while ensuring proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and cleaning products.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding vehicle conditions, additional services required, or customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with customer inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and providing recommendations for vehicle care and maintenance.
