Our differences are what fuel our creativity.The **Senior Civil Designer / Modeler** will play a key technical role in project delivery, applying their expertise in civil design and modeling to develop high-quality solutions. This role involves designing roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utility services, water and sewer systems, and pavements, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and ANZ-based stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and accurately.* Prepare and review detailed civil design drawings, models, and documentation using **AutoCAD**, **12d**, **Civil 3D**, and other relevant design tools.* Develop and manage 3D models to support project execution.* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, surveyors, and planners, to ensure seamless project delivery.* Ensure designs meet client specifications, ANZ standards or similar, environmental regulations, and safety standards.* Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical reporting.* Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are achieved.* Mentor junior designers and review their work for technical accuracy and compliance.* Liaise with ANZ-based stakeholders and clients for project updates and reviews.* Stay updated with ANZ design standards, codes, and best practices.* Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposals when required.We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and actively pursue continuous learning to help shape the future.
