Job summary

LIXIL Philippines Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to own the Demand Management process and drive accurate forecasts for multiple brands. You will collect market insights, maintain forecast files, and coordinate with Supply and marketing to ensure alignment with business programs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years in Demand Management, and at least 1 year of SAP experience. The role is based in Manila and involves regular collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• At least 1 year Experience in SAP.
• 3-5 years of experience in Demand Management.

Responsibilities

• Key Process Owner of the Demand Management process.
• Collection of market insights for forecast baseline preparation.
• Maintenance of forecast files, RDD Summary Report, SOIP Files, and related data updates.
• Perform SKU level forecast analysis for all brands.
• Lead NPD forecast review meetings with marketing for product launches and other Market Programs.
• Lead Demand Review Meetings and Project RDD Review Meetings.
• Collaborate with Supply Team and OMT on RDD updates.
