Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for a Debt Recovery Agency. This in-office role (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST) requires a self-starter with 5 years of experience in customer service or related fields and a passion for helping clients with debt settlements.

You will answer incoming calls, make outbound outreach to clients, respond to messages, and update accounts as needed. English fluency, teamwork, and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, debt collections, debt settlement, finance, banking or mortgage industries for US-based company
• Fluency in English required
• In-office role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide update about their debt settlement program
• Make outbound calls to current clients to resolve customer service tasks
• Respond to voicemails, emails, and text messages
• Assist with getting approvals from clients regarding settlements
• Update client accounts as needed
