Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation systems, embeddings, and vector database integrations (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Develop autonomous/agentic systems using agent frameworks with planning, reflection, memory, and multi-agent collaboration (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK).
• Deliver end-to-end NLP solutions (summarization, question answering, sentiment analysis, document intelligence).
• Ensure production readiness: observability, governance, security, and scalability of AI systems.

Unistanz Software is hiring a Senior Generative & Agentic AI Data Scientist to design and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI, Agentic AI, and NLP systems. The role involves building production-ready AI agents that integrate with APIs, databases, and business workflows, and ensuring reliability, observability, governance, security, and scalability.

Location & Work Mode

Client deputation at JP Technopark, Bangalore. Office-based with up to 4 work-from-home days per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, embeddings, and vector database integrations (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Develop autonomous/agentic systems using agent frameworks with features like planning, reflection, memory, and multi-agent collaboration (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK).
• Deliver end-to-end NLP solutions (summarization, question answering, sentiment analysis, document intelligence).
• Ensure production readiness: observability, governance, security, and scalability of AI systems.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and NLP pipelines (PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face, LangChain, Llama Index, NumPy, Pandas).
• Experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Qwen, Mistral, Gemma, Granite).
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic/hybrid search, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with model serving solutions (vLLM, Ollama, TGI, TensorRTLLM).

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Docker.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC, Argo Workflows, LangSmith, W&B).
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, ITSM).
• Contributions to open-source or AI communities.
