Job summary

Skyward Contact Solutions in Pasig is seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience to design and implement ML and Generative AI solutions. You will build scalable data pipelines, analyze data to derive insights, and present findings through Power BI dashboards.

The role requires strong English communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ability to work with senior executives in a hybrid work setting (onsite 3x weekly in Ortigas, Pasig).

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)

Salary range: 100,000 - 105,000

Desired Experience Range: 5+ years

Required Technical Skill Set:

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications in machine learning or AI are an advantage.

Relevant Experience and Other Requirements:

• At least five (5) years of experience in data science or related roles.
• Experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams and with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work with senior executives from diverse cultures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.
• Work Schedule is from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time.
