Job summary

A leading recruitment company is seeking a Data Modeling Professional for their Cebu office. This role requires profound knowledge in Data Modeling and strong IT experience. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions, ensuring data quality and developing data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of IT experience with a focus on data transformation and analytics. This is a full-time, on-site position, and applicants must already reside in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 7+ year overall IT experience with 3+ years in Data Modeling.
• Conversant with Modern Data Platform and understanding of DWH.
• Must have experience on at least one Cloud DB Design work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
• Create data pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Drive discussions with client teams to understand business requirements.

Skills

Data modeling experience in Dimensional Modeling and/or 3-NF modeling/No‑SQL DB modeling

Experience in at least one leading Data Modeling Tools (e.g. Erwin, ER Studio)

Strong requirement analysis and technical solutioning skill in Data and Analytics

Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills

Eagerness to learn new skills

Good client facing and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
